Greencastle Consulting presents Stronghold Leadership, a DoDSkillBridge Program that provides a one-of-a-kind experience for transitioning veterans.
Through our training, certification, and performance program you will be given the opportunity to earn industry standard certifications in Project Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement. Stronghold Leadership is designed for veterans to build upon the skills and leadership that you learned through your years of service of sacrifice in the US military to earn bona fide certifications that will launch your post service career.
The program is optimized for a 3 - 6 month fellowship and will be completed on site at Greencastle’s National HQ in Malvern, PA. This no-cost program is designed to deliver a healthy mix of classroom instruction, leadership instruction, and hands-on, real world, project management.
The classroom instruction will be focused on practical approaches to Project Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement. Each Fellow will have the opportunity to earn the following certifications and training:
During the course of instruction, Fellows will be assigned a real world, short duration project. Each project will be monitored and guided by an experienced member of the Greencastle team.
